Our Story
Our company started when we enrolled in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) class at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan.
As a team, we were formed for planning and executing our final project. Turned out, the project continues into a startup company that provides tracking and monitoring system with smart box for SCooter owners.
Our Vision
We aspire to be a small but agile company focusing on SCooter, as one of the vehicles that contributes to traffic jam and at the same time needs to be monitored for security reason.
SCo Box, as we call the box, provides modest solution for individuals, families, and companies to track and monitor their SCooters in the hope that it would lead to ride sharing and asset tracking uses.
Our Technology
We adopt available technologies in the market including sensors, IoT devices, networks, and cloud services.
These include Global Positioning System (GPS) and acceleration sensors, portable device based on Raspberry Pi, 4G communications module, message exchange protocol using MQTT, cloud services utilizing Losant, and a basic intelligent for classifying SCooter speeds in an area.
